Activities
As an experienced specialist in building construction, you will work with us in the Carinthia region on the construction of all building structures (industrial, residential, concrete and civil engineering structures)
You will be responsible for setting up and securing the construction site.
You will take precise measurements and transfer the dimensions to the site or building.
You assign your team to the work to be done and lead your team in an exemplary manner.
You carefully and conscientiously ensure that schedules are adhered to, coordinate with subcontractors and sub-subcontractors and prepare daily construction reports.

Requirements
Completed training in the construction industry / building construction (LAP)
Foreman training or experience as a foreman
Several years of relevant professional experience
Independence, ability to work in a team and leadership experience
Manual skills and technical interest
Enjoy practical and physical work outdoors
Plan reading skills
B driving license
WHAT WE OFFER
The KV minimum gross salary for this position is € 3,693.41 (on a full-time basis). Your actual salary will depend on your qualifications and professional experience and may therefore be higher.
